Roderick Watkins

Pastor Watkins is the youngest son of Chief Apostle Sandra Holland Trotter; the founding pastor of Shiloh Temple of Faith Church in Raeford, NC. She raised him to believe in Jesus Christ, to believe in himself, and to always be productive. She said, “Idle time is the devil’s workshop”. When he was young she brought a computer home to give him something constructive to do. This led to him attending Morgan State University where he majored in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He is an entrepreneur and highly anointed in the area of I.T. Some people call him the Computer Pastor

Upon moving his family to North Carolina in 2007 Pastor Watkins became a minister at his mother’s church; under her leadership and training he later became ordained through the Union Missionary Baptist Association, Incorporated in North Carolina. His mother wanted to expand Shiloh Temple of Faith Church by having another location in Hope Mills. After securing a building Pastor Watkins was installed as the pastor of Shiloh Temple of Faith Church of Hope Mills. One of the most memorable times at that location was the community event where there was food, fun and prayer with the people in the neighborhood.

Pastor Watkins and his wife, Prophetess Key are continuing his mother’s legacy with Shiloh Temple of Faith Church which includes bringing people to salvation, ministering to families and individuals to develop wholeness and reaching the masses through the healing and deliverance ministry.

Pastor Watkins has a remarkable love for people. He believes in treating people with love and kindness. He always says “Whatever you do, do it in love.”

Pastor Watkins is a devoted husband and father. The highlight of his week is spending quality time with his family. His belief is ministry starts at home.
